What is my portal and how do I use it?

Welcome to your portal! You are now able to submit finance applications on behalf of your customers, track your customers applications, as well as access our member benefits area, and much more.

Who can see my portal?

Only you can access your portal!

How often can I access my portal?

Your Funding Falcon online portal is available 24/7 and keeps you in control and informed of all applications and payments.

How do I fill out a finance application?

Simply enter the customer’s details and the amount and term required. Our clever system then searches our panel of lenders to find the best possible deal for your customer, together with a repayment example and the likelihood of being accepted. If the customer selects a finance option, you submit the required details for the application while he/she is with you.

How long will it take for a finance application to go through?

The lender reviews the application and returns a decision within 45 seconds. If accepted, the money is paid into your customer’s bank account, usually within 24 to 48 hours (unless the lender asks for further details). As soon as the funds drop, we inform update your portal to reflect this. You can then contact the customer to arrange payment for your goods or service. We will keep you updated on all changes in your finance application status.

What can I not offer finance for?

Anything below £500.00

How do I track how long a finance application is taking?

You can track the progress of your finance application on the Dashboard of your portal.

My customers finance application hasn't been accepted, why?

We do have a very high acceptance rate, however, there may be unlikely occasion where you customer isn't accepted, and there can be many reasons for this. Due to data protection, we can never give you the exact reason, however, we will tell you if it's been refused by the customer, rejected by the lenders or. pending review.

My customer wants to cancel their purchase, now what?

Your customer will need to let the lender know, that they no longer require the finance agreement.

What is the finance calculator?

You can use the finance calculator to price your products and services monthly, and to give your customers an insight in to how much they would be expected to pay for any goods or services. Please note, our calculator has been included for use as a guide only, actual figures may vary and will be provided after an application has been submitted, subject to status and a credit check. The finance calculator can be used to determine the cost of finance on an unsecured agreement.

What amount can be financed?

Our panel of lenders lend from £500 to £35,000 unsecured.

I want to cancel my membership, how can I do this?

You can do this by providing 30 days notice in writing to – accounts@fundingfalcon.co.uk

Will my membership be automatically renewed?

Yes, it will renew automatically, unless you tell us otherwise. You can do this by providing 30 days notice in writing to – accounts@fundingfalcon.co.uk
